The Search for a Black-Browed Albatross

Coat? Check.
Tent? Check.
A father’s lifelong ambition to complete? Check.

Charlie is about to embark on the journey that her late father never did. To find the one bird that had eluded him, to rekindle their lost relationship. A beautiful, joyous, handmade adventure with puppetry, music, and a girl that just really wants to see a bird.

Sit with us for a moment and remember - The Lincoln Company and Michael Pinchbeck

Sit with us for a moment and remember

A bench in a public space, and a plaque saying ‘sit with us for a moment and remember’. It is a dedication to a loved one and an invitation to sit, close your eyes, and listen…

This interactive performance, for a single participant at a time, is performed by members of The Lincoln Company mentored by award-winning theatre maker Michael Pinchbeck.

Based on an acclaimed original piece, Sit With Us… is a transporting meditation on remembering, solitude and loss.

‘Michael Pinchbeck is a terrific theatre maker’ – The Guardian

She Taught Me How to Breathe Again

A one-to-one performance for a group of individuals. Put on your headphones, listen in, and imagine yourself in the place of another…

Premiering at this year’s Fringe, She Taught Me How to Breathe Again combines new writing and live performance in a show which examines human relationships, differences in perspective, and asks how we might change when we think someone’s watching.

The private becomes public, and the public are listening in this intimate and atmospheric new show from 1-2-1 Collective and The Lincoln Company.
